Esther Vimbainashe Jerera is a qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive expertise in accounting, financial planning, taxation, and auditing. She began her career with BCA Forensic Auditors, where she built a strong foundation in accounting, financial analysis, and auditing. She later advanced her professional experience at KPMG Zimbabwe, gaining exposure to complex financial advisory and compliance work.
With over ten years of professional experience, Esther has consistently delivered strategic financial advice, ensured tax compliance, and managed risk for diverse clients. As the Founder and CEO of Estvis Consultancy, she is highly valued for her insights into business growth, financial planning, and decision-making.
Esther is also a Registered Estate Administrator with the Council of Estate Administrators and Insolvency Practitioners Zimbabwe. She is passionate about helping individuals and families create lasting legacies, ensuring peace of mind through effective estate planning and inheritance management.

Chiedza Gwaka
Chiedza Gwaka is a registered attorney of the High Court of Zimbabwe, bringing extensive knowledge in corporate law, commercial law, technology law, family law, estates, wills, and trusts. She holds both a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Cape Town, South Africa.
As a dedicated estate lawyer, Chiedza has vast experience in providing comprehensive legal services, particularly in estate planning, wills and trusts, probate administration, and family law. She is committed to guiding clients through the complexities of estate management with a personalized approach—ensuring that their wishes are honored and their assets are protected.
